And end to the violence from Israel’s air strikes could mark the beginning of a lasting period of peace.
(LONDON) – It is time for the people of the world to unite and sign what may be the most important petition ever, urging the U.N. Security Council to establish a “No Fly Zone” over Gaza under the Principle of “Responsibility to Protect”.
The United Nations Declaration of Human Rights is a serious document that guarantees numerous liberties that the people of Palestine, living under Israeli occupation, are expressly denied.
Making matters worse, as Ken O’Keefe and others frequently report on these pages from Gaza, are the constant air strikes by F-16 fighters, drones and other aircraft that kill several Palestinian people every week.

As Ken O’Keefe wrote in: Human Chain to Spell ‘NO FLY ZONE OVER PALESTINE’
“Every single time another Israeli bomb drops on the innocents of Palestine, this picture shall be put forward as the demand of a truly sane and humane international community.”
What O’Keefe and millions of others seek is simply an end to the constant barrage of violence. And end to the violence from Israel’s air strikes could mark the beginning of a lasting period of peace, isn’t it worth trying?
Aren’t we tired yet of the stories of unfortunates like Ahmed Samouni, the little boy shot in the chest by Israeli soldiers who then denied the child medical care? Surely Ahmed’s death alone is enough, yet there are thousands like him.
